Processing and Shipping

Please allow 7 business days for processing your order. No processing or shipping will occur on weekends or holidays.

Digital products will be delivered immediately after orders are placed.

Please note that during holiday or sale seasons, allow 10 business days for processing and additional time for shipping due to increased volume.

For pre-orders, the expected shipping dates will be in the product description. Please read carefully before completing checkout.

 

Returns

For limited editions, all sales are final.

Products with "(Limited Edition)" in the title/product page are, in fact, limited edition. Meaning, once they sell out, they may or may not be restocked for future drops.

For all other releases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and returns are allowed within 7 days of delivery.
