RETURN POLICY
For limited editions, all sales are final.
Products with "(Limited Edition)" in the title/product page are, in fact, limited edition. Meaning, once they sell out, they may or may not be restocked for future drops.
For all other releases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and returns are allowed within 7 days of delivery.
Please email us to resolve any issues before returning any items.
SHIPPING POLICY
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Please allow 7 business days for processing. I always aim to ship out items very quickly, but I would like to manage expectations.
Please note that during holiday or sale seasons, allow 10 business days for processing and additional time for shipping due to increased volume.
For pre-orders, the expected shipping dates will be in the product description. Please read carefully before checkout.
If you place an order with a pre-order item, the entire order will ship together, aligning with the pre-order shipping dates.
